GMEA Information

Hello all! I hope you are having a wonderful beginning to your semester. In preparation for GMEA we would like you to know about the CMENC member registration fee. This year our CMENC members will be required to pay a ten-dollar ($10.00) registration fee, versus the $100.00-plus fee they will pay as a professional music educator once they graduate. This minimal registration fee affords our CMENC students full and complete access to all GMEA clinics, workshops, concerts, and exhibits during the event. Additionally, the GMEA Board of Directors hosts a formal reception for our CMENC students during the conference so that students can meet and get to know those elected to positions of leadership in our state organization. This reception has been a tremendous success the past two years, and students have been most appreciative of the time given to them and the importance our state organization placed on them as future music educators.
If your chapter has not already sent in money, you may pay at the booth. Hope you have a wonderful GMEA, and we will see you there!
